- Wood Replacement / Restoration of Rotted Fascia, Soffit and Window Trim
- Painting of All Siding, Wood Surfaces and Front Metal Railings
Priming and Painting

Shutters
- Installation of 10 Pairs of Shutters
Gutter and Gutter Guard Systems:
- Removal of Existing Gutters and Downspouts and Haul-Away
- Installation of New 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutter System with Downspouts (Color: White)
- Installation of New MasterGuard Gutter Guard System (Color: Black)
