Project Scope: 
  • Thorough Pressure Washing and Prep Work of all Surfaces to be Painted including Priming
  • Wood Replacement / Restoration of over 35 pcs. of Rotted Fascia, Soffit and Window Trim
  • Painting of all Wood Surfaces, Gutters, Downspouts and Metal Roof

The following Sherwin-Williams Resilience Paints were used:

Siding:  SW 6108 Latte
Trim:  SW 6089 Grounded
Doors, Shutters and Metal Roof: SW 7585 Sun Dried Tomato

All of the Windows included the Interior Wood Grain Option (Rich Maple Color)
In addition, 1 Therma-Tru Smooth-Star Half Light Door with Built in Blinds was furnished and installed

Staining and Painting Project in Marietta GA 30066

This Project included a combination of both Stain and Paint applications to a Back Deck, Screened Porch and Privacy Fence.
Most of the Areas were Stained with the exception of the Screened Porch: Joists, Posts, Band and the Chimney Soffit which were Painted.

Alpharetta GA 30009 Alside Mezzo Window Project | Phase 1 | Additional Photos

Phase 1 included the installation of 11 Alside Mezzo Double Hung Windows and capping of the Exterior Window Frames of the New Windows with Alside Aluminum High-Performance G8 Trim Coil (30 yr. Limited Warranty)
