  • Pressure Wash All Surfaces to be Painted and Stained
  • Prep all Surfaces to be Painted and Stained including Scraping, Sanding, Caulking and Priming
  • Painting of Trim, Gutters, Downspouts, Doors, Front Porch, Windows and Back Deck
  • Staining of Cedar Shake Siding, Back Deck Floor and Back Deck Steps
  • Clean-Up upon Project Completion 

The Homeowners selected the following Sherwin-Williams Colors for the Renovation:

Siding: SW 0055  |  Light French Gray

Trim:  SW 7006  |  Extra White

Metal Roofs: SW 6258  |  Tricorn Black

Deck: SW 3524  |  Chestnut
