Project Scope:

Pressure Wash All Surfaces to be Painted and Stained
Prep all Surfaces to be Painted and Stained including Scraping, Sanding, Caulking and Priming
Painting of Trim, Gutters, Downspouts, Doors, Front Porch, Windows and Back Deck
Staining of Cedar Shake Siding, Back Deck Floor and Back Deck Steps
Clean-Up upon Project Completion

The Homeowners selected the following Sherwin-Williams Colors for the Renovation:

Siding: SW 0055 | Light French Gray

Trim: SW 7006 | Extra White

Metal Roofs: SW 6258 | Tricorn Black

Deck: SW 3524 | Chestnut
