The Crew installed 20 Simonton Asure Energy Efficient Double Pane Replacement Windows with Low-E Glass, Argon Gas and Double Strength Glass
Windows Installed:
> 16 Double Hung (8 Front Windows with Grids)
> 3 Picture (1 Front Window with Grids)
> 1 2-Lite Slider
All of the Windows are backed by Simonton’s Double Lifetime Limited Transferable Warranty

The Crew used Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint® Exterior Acrylic Latex Paints
The SuperPaint® formula goes on smooth and resists fading and peeling. With its advanced acrylic resin technology, it provides outstanding adhesion and color retention. In addition, SuperPaint® offers a dirt-resistant and mildew-resistant coating.
Project Scope:
> Removal of Existing Stucco and Siding
> Installation of HardiePlank CedarMill Siding
> Wood Replacement/Restoration of Rotted Fascia and Soffit
> Prep and Painting of New HardiePlank Siding, Wood Surfaces, Gutters and Downspouts
> Installation of 4 Alside Mezzo Replacement Windows
