8 of the Double Hung Windows featured ProSolar Shade Low E Glass (Extra UV Protection). This option allows the desirable light inside while dramatically reducing unwelcome near-infrared and UV light which causes heat gain and fading.

Project Scope:
- Wood Replacement/Restoration of over 30 pcs. of Rotted Wood Fascia, Soffit and Trim
- Replacement of over 120 pcs. of Siding with HardiePlank Siding
- Thorough Pressure Washing and Prep Work including Priming and Glazing of Windows
- Corrective Work on Existing Gutter System
- Painting of all Wood Surfaces, Gutters and Downspouts (All Matched to Existing Colors)
Project Scope:
The Crew installed 22 Simonton Asure Energy Efficient Double Pane Replacement Windows with Upgraded Extruded Frame Half Screens, 2 Air-Locs and Constant Force Stainless Steel Balance System in addition to being Fully Weather Stripped with Center Interlock to Dramatically Reduce Air Infiltration. All of the Double Hung Windows (with Sculptured Grids) are backed by Simonton’s Double Lifetime Limited Transferable Warranty.
Please Note: The CRSI Siding/Painting Crew installed New HardiePlank Siding and Painted this home before the Windows were installed.
Project Scope:
- Removal of Existing Siding
- Wood Replacement/Restoration of Rotted Wood
- Installation of a Vapor Barrier over Siding Exterior Walls and Flashing over Window and Door Frames
- Replacement of Inside and Outside Corner Boards with HardieTrim Boards
- Installation of Factory Primed HardiePlank CedarMill Siding
- Replacement of Existing Bed Molding with PVC Bed Molding
- Thorough Prep Work including Priming in advance of All Painting
