New Simonton Windows for a Woodstock GA 30189 Home

Project Scope:

The Crew installed New Upgraded Simonton Asure Energy Efficient Double Pane Replacement Windows with Upgraded Extruded Frame Half Screens, 2 Air-Locs and Constant Force Stainless Steel Balance System in addition to being Fully Weather Stripped with Center Interlock to Dramatically Reduce Air Infiltration. All of the 17 Double Hung Windows featuring Sculptured Grids and are backed by Simonton’s Double Lifetime Limited Transferable Warranty.

The CRSI Siding/Painting Crew installed New HardiePlank Siding, Painted and Installed New Gutters & Gutter Guards before the Windows were installed.

Removal of Existing Siding
Wood Replacement/Restoration of Rotted Wood
Installation of a Vapor Barrier over Siding Exterior Walls and Flashing over Window and Door Frames
Installation of HardiePlank CedarMill Siding
Thorough Prep Work including Priming in advance of Painting of all Wood Surfaces
Installation of a New 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutter System with Downspouts
Installation of a New MasterGuard Gutter Guard System

Front Door: SW 9177 Salty Dog

All of the Windows included Low-E Glass, Argon Gas, Double Strength Glass, Foam Wrap and Half Screens.
In addition, all are covered by the Alside Glass Breakage Warranty and Alside Lifetime Transferable Warranty.

Sherwin-Williams Duration Paint for an Alpharetta GA 30022 Project

Project Scope:

Wood Replacement/Restoration of Rotted Siding and Trim
Thorough Pressure Washing and Prep Work including Priming
Painting of all Wood and Surfaces, Gutters, Downspouts and the Interior & Exterior of the Screened Porch

The Homeowner provided a sample of the previous Paint used (Benjamin Moore)
CRSI had the sample matched to a Sherwin-Williams Duration Paint Color

Sherwin-Williams Duration Paints are formulated with PermaLast® Technology for long-lasting performance.
Duration is self-priming and offers a mildew-resistant coating and a thick flexible layer providing resistance to peeling and blistering.
