Project Scope:
- Wood Replacement/Restoration of Rotted Wood
- Thorough Pressure Washing and Prep Work including Priming
- Painting of all Wood Surfaces
The following Sherwin-Williams Duration Paints were used:
Siding: SW 7025 Backdrop (Flat Finish)
Trim: SW 7022 Alpaca (Gloss Finish)
Sherwin-Williams Duration Paints are formulated with PermaLast® Technology for long-lasting performance. Duration is self-priming and offers a mildew-resistant coating and a thick flexible layer providing resistance to peeling and blistering.
The Crew installed 16 Pairs of Board and Batten Shutters (Color: Pebblestone Clay). Stay tuned for more Pictures from this Painting Project
The Crew installed Energy Efficient Alside Mezzo Windows on this home (19 Double Hung and 2 Picture with Tempered Glass). These Double Pane Windows feature Sculptured Grids and are all covered by Alside’s Glass Breakage and Lifetime Transferable Warranties. Also installed were 5 Pairs of New Raised Panel Shutters.
This Project included the Installation of a 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutter System with Downspouts and a Gutter Guard System to protect debris from gathering in the Gutters. CRSI routinely installs Gutter and Gutter Guard Systems on Painting and HardiePlank Siding Projects, as was the case with this home.
