- Pressure Wash All Surfaces to be Painted and Stained
- Prep all Surfaces to be Painted and Stained including Scraping, Sanding, Caulking and Priming
- Painting of Trim, Gutters, Downspouts, Doors, Front Porch, Windows and Back Deck
- Staining of Cedar Shake Siding, Back Deck Floor and Back Deck Steps
- Clean-Up upon Project Completion

Metal Roofs: SW 6258 | Tricorn Black
Deck: SW 3524 | Chestnut
