— Paint: Wood Surfaces, Vinyl Fascia & Soffit and Siding, Lattice, Doors, Gutters and Downspouts
— Remove Existing Shutters, Furnish and Install 5 Pairs of New Board & Batten Black Shutters
— Sand, Oil Prime and Paint Stained Wood of Sun Porch Window Trim, Door and Baseboards
— Clean-up upon Project Completion
