Wood Replacement/Restoration of Damaged/Rotted Deck Boards, Deck Railings and Step Treads
Pressure Washing and Solid Staining of Back Deck Floor, Back Deck Steps and Screened Porch Floor

The following Sherwin-Williams Solid Stain was used on the Deck:

SuperDeck IR Reflective Exterior Waterborne Solid Color Stain, Color: SW 3026 Kings Canyon

SuperDeck® IR reflective technology contains pigments that actually reflect solar rays, thereby helping reduce the exterior surface temperatures of decks exposed to the constant assault of direct sunlight.

All of the Window are covered by the Alside Glass Breakage Warranty and the Alside Lifetime Limited Transferable Warranty.
