Staining and Painting Project in Marietta GA 30066

This Project included a combination of both Stain and Paint applications to a Back Deck, Screened Porch and Privacy Fence.
Most of the Areas were Stained with the exception of the Screened Porch: Joists, Posts, Band and the Chimney Soffit which were Painted.

All other Surfaces were covered with Paint

Thorough Pressure Washing and Prep Work of all Surfaces to be Stained
Wood Replacement / Restoration of Rotted Siding, Window Trim and Deck Railings
Application of Solid Stains and Semi-Transparent Stains, depending on Surface
Sanding, Staining and Polyurethane application on Front Door and Front Door Frame

The following Sherwin-Williams Stains were used:
House: SW WoodScapes Exterior House Solid Stain
Deck Floor, Railings and Steps: SW SuperDeck Semi-Transparent Stain

Minwax Stain was used on the Front Door and Front Door Frame
