Pressure Washing, HardiePlank Installation, Wood Replacement/Restoration, Prep and Painting
- Replacement of all Chimney Siding with HardiePlank Siding
- Thorough Pressure Washing and Prep Work
- Wood Replacement / Restoration of Rotted, Fascia, Corner Boards and Lattice
- Painting of All Siding, Wood Surfaces, Foundation, Gutters and Downspouts

The following Sherwin-Williams Exterior Paints and Stains were used:
Siding: SW 6673 Banana Cream
Trim: SW 6995 Superwhite
Front Door and Shutters: SW 6258 Tricorn Black
Deck: Spice Chest SW 3513
Porch Floor: Gauntlet Gray SW7019
The Project included removal of the Rotted Siding and Installation of New HardiePlank Siding and Corner Boards.
