Project Scope: 

• Wood Replacement/Restoration of Rotted Wood Trim
• Thorough Pressure Washing and Prep Work including Priming and Glazing of Windows
• Painting of all Wood and Metal Surfaces (Match to Existing Color on House) 

The Homeowner provided a sample of the previous Paint used (Behr)
CRSI had the sample matched to a Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint (Gloss Finish)

The following Sherwin-Williams Duration Paints were used: 

Siding: SW 7025 Backdrop (Flat Finish)
Trim: SW 7022 Alpaca (Gloss Finish) 

Sherwin-Williams Duration Paints are formulated with PermaLast® Technology for long-lasting performance. Duration is self-priming and offers a mildew-resistant coating and a thick flexible layer providing resistance to peeling and blistering.

The following Sherwin-Williams Colors were used: 

Siding and Garage Doors: SW 7535 Sandy Ridge (Satin Finish)
Trim: SW 7572 Lotus Pod (Satin Finish)
Metal Roofs and Doors: SW 2923 Bramble Bush (Gloss Finish)
Shutters and Metal Railings: SW 6258 Tricorn Black (Gloss Finish)

The Painting Project was completed after the Installation of New Simonton Windows by CRSI
