Simonton Asure Energy Efficient Replacement Window Project | Cumming GA 30041

Project Scope:

—  Remove Existing Windows and Haul-Away
—  Install 22 New Energy Efficient Double Pane Replacement Windows
—  Replace Exterior Window Trim with PVC Window Trim
—  Clean-Up upon Project Completion 

Windows Installed: 

  • 17 Double Hung (1 w/ Tempered Glass-Extra Strength and 6 w/ ProSolar Shade Low E Glass-Extra UV Protection)
  • 2   Picture with ProSolar Shade Low E Glass (Extra UV Protection)
  • 2   Quarter Round with Leg and ProSolar Shade Low E Glass (Extra UV Protection)
  • 1   Half Round with ProSolar Shade Low E Glass (Extra UV Protection)

The New Windows included Low-E Glass, Argon Gas and Double Strength Glass
They also featured 2 Air-Locs, Constant Force Stainless Steel Balance System, Balance Covers and Simonton’s Double Lifetime Limited Transferable Warranty

The CRSI Siding and Painting Crews installed New HardiePlank Siding and Painted prior to the Window Installation Project

—  Install Vapor Barrier over Siding Exterior Walls
—  Install Flashing over Window and Door Frames
—  Install Factory Primed HardiePlank CedarMill Siding, Corner Boards and Bed Molding
—  Prep and Paint New Siding and Trim
—  Clean-Up upon Project Completion
