Buckhead Condominium Interior Painting Project (Atlanta GA 30305) | Benjamin Moore Paints

This Interior Painting Project included the Painting of Ceilings, Walls and Trim of Living Room, Kitchen, Hallways, Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Closets

The following Benjamin Moore Products were used:

> BM Aura Paints on Walls and Trim

BM Aura Interior Paints with Zero VOC*, Low Odor and Mildew Resistant qualities also feature Proprietary Color Lock® Technology for richer colors that stay true over time

> BM Muresco Ceiling Paints on Ceilings

BM Muresco Ceiling Paints tone down ceiling glare while providing maximum diffused light and a beautiful uniform flat finish

The following Finishes were applied:

Matte for Walls and Ceilings (Eggshell for Bathroom Walls)
Semi-Gloss for Trim and Doors
Flat for Ceilings

> Paint with Sherwin-Williams SnapDry™ Semi-Gloss Door & Trim Paint

SnapDry™ Semi-Gloss Door and Trim Paint dries in as little as one hour of application and a door can be closed without sticking.
It is resistant to dirt, fingerprints, UV and weathering (can be used in both interior and exterior application).

Gutter System

> Removal of Existing and Building of New Gutter Conductor Box
> Installation of New 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutter System on 2 Areas of the House
> Redirection/Installation of Downspouts to allow for more Efficient Drainage

Pressure Washing, Wood Replacement/Restoration, Prep and Painting

> Careful Pressure Washing and Thorough Prep Work
> Wood Replacement / Restoration of Rotted Fascia, Soffit and Window Trim
> Painting of Siding, Trim, Foundation, Doors , Gutters, Downspouts and Front Porch

Sherwin-Williams Exterior Paints were used (Matched to Existing Colors)
