Project Scope: 

  • Remove Existing Front Door, Sidelights and Transom and Haul-Away
  • Furnish and Install 1 Therma-Tru Smooth-Star Factory Primed Fiberglass Door with Sidelights and Transom
  • Reinstall Existing Doorknob and Lock on New Door
  • Paint Front Door, Sidelights and Transom (Both Sides) with Sherwin-Williams Paints (Color: SW 2704 Merlot) 

Door Features:

  • External Grids on Sidelights and Transom
  • Granite Privacy Glass on Sidelights

  • Installation of Factory Primed HardiePlank CedarMill Siding and Corner Boards

Pressure Washing, Wood Replacement/Restoration, Prep and Painting

  • Thorough Pressure Washing and Prep Work including Glazing
  • Wood Replacement / Restoration of Rotted Fascia, Soffit and Window Trim
  • Painting of All Siding, Wood Surfaces and Front Metal Railings

Priming and Painting

  • Existing Front Brick and Brick Stoop

Shutters

  • Installation of 10 Pairs of Shutters

Gutter and Gutter Guard Systems:

  • Removal of Existing Gutters and Downspouts and Haul-Away
  • Installation of New 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutter System with Downspouts (Color: White)
  • Installation of New MasterGuard Gutter Guard System (Color: Black)

 

The following Sherwin-Williams Colors were used:

Siding and Brick:  SW 2832 Colonial Revival Gray
Trim, Fascia and Soffit:  SW 7006 Extra White
Front Door, Railings and Basement Door:  SW 6258 Tricorn Black
Back Door:  SW 7006 Extra White
