The Crew installed 7 Alside Mezzo Energy Efficient Double Pane Replacement Windows with ClimaTech (Low-E Glass and Argon Gas), Double Strength Glass, Foam Wrap and Constant Force Balance System. All of the Double Hung Window are covered by the Alside Glass Breakage Warranty and the Alside Lifetime Transferable Warranty.

Sherwin-Williams Exterior Paints and Stains were used (Matched to Existing Colors)
The Crew used Sherwin-Williams Solid Stain for the Back Deck: Floors, Railings, Bands, Steps, Benches, Flower Box and Posts

Pressure Washing is a critical step to preparing a house for Painting and Staining by removing Dust, Pollen, Chalk, Mildew, Dirt and other. Thorough Prep Work, including Scraping, Glazing of Windows, Caulking and Sanding, will follow the Pressure Washing Phase.
