It was time for a fresh coat of paint after CRSI had last painted this home 10 years ago. The Homeowner chose to lighten and brighten the Stucco with their choice of Sherwin-Williams SW 7044 Amazing Grey Color.

Removal of Existing Siding, Fascia, Soffit, Window Trim and Door Trim
Demo and Removal of a Back Arbor and Deck
Installation of OSB Sheathing with a Vapor Barrier and Flashing over Window & Door Frames
Installation of HardiePlank CedarMill Siding and HardieShingles
Installation of New Factory Primed HardieTrim Fascia, HardieSoffit, Window Trim and Door Trim
Thorough Pressure Washing and Prep Work
Painting of 2 Coats on All Surfaces
Installation of a New 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutter System with Downspouts
Installation of a New MasterGuard Gutter Guard System

The following Sherwin-Williams Colors were used:

Siding: SW 6207 Retreat
Trim: SW 6209 Ripe Olive
Front Door: SW 7675 Sealskin
Side and Back Doors: SW 6207 Retreat

Windows Installed:

15 2-Lite Sliders
2 Double Hung Windows
1 Garden Window

The New Windows included Low-E Glass, Argon Gas, Double Strength Glass, Foam Wrap and Half Screens.
They also featured 2 Air-Locs, Constant Force Stainless Steel Balance System, Balance Covers and Simonton’s Double Lifetime Limited Transferable Warranty.
