> Installation of Vapor Barrier over Siding Exterior Walls
> Installation of Flashing over Window and Door Frames
> Installation of Factory Primed HardiePlank CedarMill Siding and HardieTrim Corner Boards
> Installation of PVC Bed Molding

Gutter System

> Removal of Existing and Building of New Gutter Conductor Box
> Installation of New 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutter System on 2 Areas of the House
> Redirection/Installation of Downspouts to allow for more Efficient Drainage

Pressure Washing, Wood Replacement/Restoration, Prep and Painting

> Careful Pressure Washing and Thorough Prep Work
> Wood Replacement / Restoration of Rotted Fascia, Soffit and Window Trim
> Painting of Siding, Trim, Foundation, Doors , Gutters, Downspouts and Front Porch

Sherwin-Williams Exterior Paints were used (Matched to Existing Colors)
