>> Install Flashing over Window and Door Frames
>> Install Inside and Outside HardieTrim Corner Boards
>> Install Factory Primed HardiePlank CedarMill Siding
>> Install HardieTrim Fascia & Soffit
>> Wood Replacement/Restoration of Rotted Wood Trim
>> Pressure Wash All Surfaces to be Painted
>> Thorough Prep Work
>> Paint Siding, Trim, Foundation and Doors with Sherwin-Williams Exterior Paints
>> Install New 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutter System with Downspouts
>> Clean-Up upon Project Completion
The Crew removed the Existing Rotted Fascia/Soffit and replaced with New HardieTrim Fascia/Soffit
Once replaced, the New Trim was Prepped and Painted with Sherwin-Williams Paints
In addition, the Existing Gutters/Downspouts were removed and a New Seamless Aluminum Gutter System with Downspouts was installed
