Project Scope:
- Thorough Pressure Washing and Prep Work of all Surfaces to be Painted including Priming
- Wood Replacement / Restoration of over 35 pcs. of Rotted Fascia, Soffit and Window Trim
- Painting of all Wood Surfaces, Gutters, Downspouts and Metal Roof

This Project included a combination of both Stain and Paint applications to a Back Deck, Screened Porch and Privacy Fence.
Most of the Areas were Stained with the exception of the Screened Porch: Joists, Posts, Band and the Chimney Soffit which were Painted.
