  • Painting of All Siding, Wood Surfaces and Front Metal Railings

Priming and Painting

  • Existing Front Brick and Brick Stoop

Shutters

  • Installation of 10 Pairs of Shutters

Gutter and Gutter Guard Systems:

  • Removal of Existing Gutters and Downspouts and Haul-Away
  • Installation of New 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutter System with Downspouts (Color: White)
  • Installation of New MasterGuard Gutter Guard System (Color: Black)

 

The following Sherwin-Williams Colors were used:

Siding and Brick:  SW 2832 Colonial Revival Gray
Trim, Fascia and Soffit:  SW 7006 Extra White
Front Door, Railings and Basement Door:  SW 6258 Tricorn Black

Gutters, Metal Roofs, Shutters, Garage Doors, Back Door and 2 Front Porch French Doors: SW 7076 Cyberspace 

Sherwin-Williams Resilience® Exterior Acrylic Latex Paints offer outstanding hide, coverage, durability, dirt-resistance and a mildew resistant coating.

The following Sherwin-Williams Solid Stain was used on the Deck: 

SuperDeck IR Reflective Exterior Waterborne Solid Color Stain, Color: SW 3026 Kings Canyon

SuperDeck® IR reflective technology contains pigments that actually reflect solar rays, thereby helping reduce the exterior surface temperatures of decks exposed to the constant assault of direct sunlight.

The following was used on the Front Door: 

Minwax Stain Color: Red Mohagony, Finish: Semi-Gloss
