  • Pressure Wash, Prep and Paint Entire House with Sherwin-Williams Paints
  • Stain Back Deck with Sherwin-Williams SuperDeck® IR Reflective Exterior Waterborne Solid Color Stain
  • Install New Gutter/Downspout and Gutter Guard System
  • Clean-Up upon Completion

>  Painting of Siding, Trim, Front Porch, Front Metal Roofs and Railings, Shutters and Doors

>  Installation of New Alside Mezzo Energy Efficient White Double Pane Replacement Windows

>  Staining of Back Deck Floor, Railings, Posts, Band and Steps

>  Installation of New Gutter & Downspout System

>  Clean-Up upon Project Completion

The following Sherwin-Williams Colors were chosen by the Homeowner:

Siding:  SW 6252 | Ice Cube

Trim:  SW 7006 | Extra White

Front Door and Shutters: SW 7605 | Gale Force

Windows Installed: 
  • 8 Double Hung Windows with Contoured Grids
  • 2 Double Hung Windows with Contoured Grids and Tempered Glass (Extra Strength) on Bottom Sash

In addition, 10 Window Frames were capped with Alside Aluminum High-Performance G8 Trim Coil (30 yr. Limited Warranty)

The New Windows include ClimaTech (Low-E Glass and Argon Gas), Double Strength Glass, Foam Wrap and Half Screens

They also include the Alside Glass Breakage Warranty (Except on Tempered Glass Windows) and the Alside Lifetime Transferable Warranty
