Project Scope:

The Crew installed 4  2-Lite Slider Windows and 1 Double Hung Window. 2 of the Windows included ProSolar Shade Low E Glass (Extra UV Protection). This option allows the desirable light inside while dramatically reducing unwelcome near-infrared and UV light which causes heat gain and fading. In addition, 2 Simonton Inovo Sliding Glass Doors with Footbolt and Screens were furnished and installed.

 

The Crew installed 35 Double Hung, 4 Trapezoid and 2 Picture Windows.  All Windows were the New Upgraded Simonton Asure Energy Efficient Double Pane Replacement Windows with Upgraded Extruded Frame Half Screens, 2 Air-Locs and Constant Force Stainless Steel Balance System in addition to being Fully Weather Stripped with Center Interlock to Dramatically Reduce Air Infiltration. All Double Hung and Picture Windows featured Sculptured Grids.

The Homeowners also chose Simonton ProSolar Shade Low E Glass (Extra UV Protection) for the Front Windows. The Door (furnished and installed) was a Therma-Tru Smooth-Star French Door with Grids.

Also, a Therma-Tru Full View Smooth-Star Fiberglass Door with Low-E Glass was furnished and installed.
