Project Scope:
The following Sherwin-Williams Solid Stain was used on the Deck:
SuperDeck IR Reflective Exterior Waterborne Solid Color Stain, Color: SW 3026 Kings Canyon
SuperDeck® IR reflective technology contains pigments that actually reflect solar rays, thereby helping reduce the exterior surface temperatures of decks exposed to the constant assault of direct sunlight.

Rotted Deck Boards and Step Treads were replaced with New Pressure Treated Wood (The Deck will be stained at a later time to allow sufficient drying time of the pressure treated wood)
