It was time for a fresh coat of paint after CRSI had last painted this home 10 years ago. The Homeowner chose to lighten and brighten the Stucco with their choice of Sherwin-Williams SW 7044 Amazing Grey Color.

Installation of New Factory Primed HardieTrim Fascia, HardieSoffit, Window Trim and Door Trim
Thorough Pressure Washing and Prep Work
Painting of 2 Coats on All Surfaces
Installation of a New 6” Seamless Aluminum Gutter System with Downspouts
Installation of a New MasterGuard Gutter Guard System

Siding: SW 6207 Retreat
Trim: SW 6209 Ripe Olive
Front Door: SW 7675 Sealskin
Side and Back Doors: SW 6207 Retreat
