- Create New Opening, Furnish and Install 2 Alside Mezzo Energy Efficient Windows
- Prep and Paint Interior Ceilings, Walls and Trim with Sherwin-Williams Paints
- Remove Existing Front Porch Columns and Install 4 New Columns
- Remove Existing Rotted Siding and Install HardiePlank CedarMill Siding
- Remove 2 Existing Doors and Install New Therma-Tru Fiberglass Doors
- Pressure Wash, Prep and Paint Entire House with Sherwin-Williams Paints
- Stain Back Deck with Sherwin-Williams SuperDeck® IR Reflective Exterior Waterborne Solid Color Stain
- Install New Gutter/Downspout and Gutter Guard System
- Clean-Up upon Completion
